The M43 was the standard infantry rifle of the soldiers in spanish Sahara and saw action in the Ifni war in 1.957-58. It´s the sniper version of the “Coruña Modelo 1943” Spanish Mauser used from 1.943 troughout the 50´s and from 1.958 progressively replaced by the CETME as the new standard army rifle. Wanted to share some pics and info of this Mauser sniper rifle.
